MASSACHUSETTS CLEAN ENERGY GOVERNMENT BID

I helped edit this high-level government proposal for the State of Massachusetts in response to its call for 83C III RFPs for offshore wind energy projects. Clarity and accuracy were essential, and the client won the bid.
